Register of guarantee

All Dyson machines are covered by a full parts and labour guarantee. Mains powered vacuum cleaners are covered for 5 years. Cordless vacuums and fans for 2 years.

Kindly email to sg.service@dyson.com or call the helpline 1800 3976674 to provide the following information for registration:

1. Owner's Name
2. Serial number (behind the clear bin) (example: 123-SG-1234567X)
3. Date of purchase
4. Place of purchase
5. Contact number
6. Address
7. Attached a scanned copy of purchased receipt
8. Would you like to receive marketing information: Yes / No

Warranty is only valid for local machines purchased from our authorised retailer, accompanied with receipt.
